Your First Visit
When you visit us for the first time, our team of experts will talk with you to understand your dental problems and offer the treatment options that match your unique situation. In some cases, we might be able to perform the procedure on the same day as your consultation. However, if your condition is complicated, the doctor might need more time to evaluate your medical history and treatment plan. In that case, we will schedule another appointment for your treatment.
It is important to bring the forms that you have downloaded and completed when you come for your first appointment. If you haven't downloaded the forms, we will provide them to you, and you can fill them out when you come to our office or online here. If your general dentist has referred you, please make sure you bring any records that they have given you. Also, please bring a list of all the medications you are taking, including prescription and over-the-counter drugs. We will review your medical and dental history and perform a thorough examination to check for any dental problems. This can include checking for bone loss, loose teeth, receding gums, bite irregularities, oral cancer, jaw joint problems, and other signs of dental disease.
If you are a new dental implant patient, we will provide you with a complimentary consultation where we will discuss different treatment options and provide you with a written plan, including associated costs. Single Tooth Dental
Implants
A single implant(s) can support a crown to replace just one missing tooth, which is significantly more durable and natural than traditional bridges.

Multiple Tooth Dental
Implants
Occasionally, a patient is missing more than one tooth but still has healthy gums and surrounding teeth. In this case, two or more implants are placed, and the crowns are attached, leaving the teeth intact.

Full Mouth Dental
Implants
Patients who need to replace a full upper and/or lower set of teeth can now opt for full mouth implants. Our oral surgeon will place 4 implants and then attach a full arch of teeth.
