Dr. Matthew Rand, MD, DMD, is one of the nation's few dual-degree oral surgeons, recognized by both the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Medical Association (AMA) as a leading specialist. With a reputation as one of the best oral surgeons near Naples, FL, Dr. Rand combines exceptional surgical skills, compassionate patient care, and mastery in anesthesia to ensure comfortable and successful outcomes for every patient.

Dr. Rand's distinguished educational background includes graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami, where he majored in Psychology and Chemistry. He earned his Dental Degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, also graduating Summa Cum Laude. His commitment to excellence continued at the University of Michigan Medical School, where he obtained his Medical Degree and completed advanced training in General Surgery, Adult and Pediatric Anesthesia, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Rand further refined his surgical skills through a specialized Microvascular Training Program.

He brings extensive experience in adult and pediatric oral surgery, including dental implant surgery, complex bone grafting, dental alveolar surgery, oral pathology, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma repair, TMJ treatment, sinus lifts, soft tissue grafting, pre-prosthetic surgery, and orthodontic tooth exposure.
